I need help finding out this 90's song?

There is this song i believe from the 90's ive heard it many times on
the radio. It is usually played on lite rock channels. I believe the
lyrics are you don't have the reason and i don't have the time, and
the chorus is pretty ctachy. Its with some sort of accoustic guitar
with drums and bass or some lite sounding guitar.
